Content Strategist | Alibaba.com

I am currently the lead English Content Strategist for the Alibaba.com platform. My main focus is on User Growth and Search/Filter. I have been fortunate to utilize my UX Writing skills, cross-collaboration, and research for several projects that are not live yet. Content Strategy has been an extremely rewarding journey to see the full scope of projects and craft the messaging and format for the users to better use the platform. I am excited to grow in this role!

UI/UX Designer | Freelance

Led all design efforts on the redesign of the company website for English Ales Brewery. This included outside research, usability testing, and web design. The main focus was on improving traffic, finding unique ways to generate revenue through the website, and improve the story of the website as a whole.

Project - Develop a specialized mobile app for a local Beer Garden. Lead Designer, Research, and Tester for a specialized app that was designed to reserve, research, and pick up specialty brews from a local beer garden. The focus was to add an additional revenue stream to the beer garden while also helping the user find and look for specialty brews without having to make the trip to the garden.

Project - Develop a responsive website & mobile app tool for new parents. Lead Designer, Research, and Tester for the tool which helped new parents track necessary information for their newborn. The product was also focused allowing parents the opportunity to keep track of different metrics. It also provided additional resources via the website.

Head Coach | NCFIT

2018-2024

I started as an Intern in 2018 and then earned my way up to the Head Coach position in 2022. I am the primary representative and manager on duty for NCFIT. I am a UX and Content writer for our mobile app which gets distributed to 5000+ members across the world which increases the health and well-being of their classes. I help develop staff as well as lead ongoing fitness efforts whether that is member retention or data analysis on workouts. I also help design and implement strategic outreach to help raise revenue for NCFIT.

Member Relations Coordinator | Silicon Valley Capital Club

2016-2018

Was the acting primary point of contact for over 1300+ members at the Club. Developed, designed, and implemented all club events including the design and application of all marketing materials and a bi-monthly newsletter.

Account Executive | San Jose Sharks

2015-2016

Founding member of the inaugural season of the San Jose Barracuda. Owned, facilitated, and designed activities for 16000 fans during game day promotions and outside venues. I built, developed, and maintained ongoing relationships with current and prospective client databases. I also researched new and prospective clients and improved game-day experiences through interviews, community outreach, and competitive analysis.

Promotions Assistant | Laguna Seca Raceway

2014-2015

I coordinated sponsorship programs through several activation campaigns for major and local events. I fostered and developed relationships through a collaborative effort with community stakeholders and prospective clients. I also developed, managed, and executed promotional trade show events to drive the execution of strategic initiatives.
